• Configure, maintain, and administer ServiceNow platform modules and applications.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system health checks, patching, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including incidents, problems, and system bugs.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and scripts (e.g., Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, etc.).
• Customize ServiceNow features and modules to align with business requirements.
• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Build integrations with third-party systems and tools using REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.
• Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and new feature implementations.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and functionality and recommend improvements to current processes.
• Provide support for ServiceNow users, troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for end users and administrators.
• Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage.
