About the role

  • Support the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Assist in building and maintaining workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and fixing defects in ServiceNow solutions.
  • Help create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, Contract Management, Vendor Management).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements and learning best practices.

Requirements

  • Some experience (internship, project work, or 1–2 years) in ServiceNow development or administration.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.
  • Eagerness to learn ServiceNow platform development (workflows, business rules, integrations).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or willingness to achieve certification within the first 6 months.
