- Manage and support a large volume of commercial transactions
- Develop, draft, and negotiate various agreements

Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of commercial transaction and contract negotiation experience
- Knowledge of Data Privacy laws
- Ability to work independently and deal with high-volume, rapid cycles
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, and Salesforce
