Requirements
- UK qualified attorney
- Minimum of 4-6 years PQE
- Experience with B2B contracts
- Experience in the software industry or technology company
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements (desirable)
- Experienced in intellectual property issues (desirable)
- Additional experience in substantive legal areas (desirable)
- Experience in a fast-paced/high-growth environment (preferred)
