About the role
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions
- Provide expert advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters
- Counsel internal clients on legal and compliance policies
- Advise and policy review/drafting in partnership with the People Team
- Perform various other duties as delegated by the General Counsel
Requirements
- 3-5 years as a lawyer in top-tier law firms and in-house roles
- Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience in the crypto space is advantageous
- Proven ability to handle legal issues across different jurisdictions
- Excellent commercial awareness with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective in working with diverse stakeholders
