Product Marketing

• Build tailored narratives that communicate zkSync’s value for enterprise and institutional use cases—including tokenization, settlements, compliance tooling, privacy solutions, and scalable infrastructure deployment.
• Translate technical product capabilities into business outcomes meaningful to regulated financial institutions and large enterprises.
• Own GTM and launch planning for enterprise-focused products, integrations, and features.
• Partner with product, BD, compliance, and engineering teams to bring institutional solutions to market clearly, responsibly, and competitively.
• Conduct deep market research on the institutional blockchain landscape—tokenization trends, L2 adoption, regulatory movement, competing architectures, and enterprise needs.
• Map buyer personas, decision-making processes, procurement barriers, and pain points in TradFi and enterprise environments.
• Create high-quality materials for enterprise audiences: executive briefs, solution one-pagers, pitch decks, institutional case studies, whitepapers and product overviews, market analyses for BD and ecosystem partners.
• Build frameworks and messaging that support sales, partnership teams, and enterprise solution engineers.
• Work closely with financial institutions, enterprise prospects, and ecosystem partners to design messaging that resonates with non-crypto-native stakeholders.
• Support participation in industry events, regulatory discussions, and enterprise-focused activations.
• Define KPIs for institutional adoption and campaign performance.
• Use analytics and feedback loops to refine messaging and prioritize product-market fit for enterprise and TradFi segments.

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions
• Provide expert advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters
• Counsel internal clients on legal and compliance policies
• Advise and policy review/drafting in partnership with the People Team

Legal Counsel

Platform Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain the core platform and internal tooling that supports zkSync protocol and application development.
• Develop high-performance services and infrastructure components for both L1 and L2 systems.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer workflows to improve iteration speed and reliability.
• Conduct research, prototype solutions, and produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Protocol, DevEx, Core Engineering, and Security teams to shape platform architecture and long-term infrastructure roadmap.
• Ensure platform components meet high standards of scalability, security, and performance.

Communications

• Ensure all organizational news, campaigns, and messaging are accurately translated and culturally adapted for local audiences.
• Maintain brand integrity and consistency while tailoring communications to resonate with regional markets.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality local campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and retail/community partners to amplify brand awareness.
• Plan, launch, and oversee localized retail marketing campaigns in key Asian markets.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regional initiatives with overall brand strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum impact.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging retail, consumer, and crypto adoption trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to shape future campaign strategy.
• Engage with crypto-native communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, and local platforms.

• Recruitment Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• ATS and HRIS Management: Maintain and update candidate and employee data in Ashby and HiBob.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Reporting: Pull and prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the VP of People and our external recruiting team to ensure a cohesive and efficient talent acquisition process.
• This is a 6–12 month fixed-term contract and remote-first environment in a Web3 company.
