Graphics Designer

• Produce digital assets for campaigns: homepage modules, banners, promos, landing pages, EDM visuals, paid media creatives
• Support high-volume, performance-oriented asset creation for international markets
• Adapt and localize creatives across regions, formats, and channels
• Assist with photo retouching and visual optimization for ecommerce
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and execution: Figma (component systems, auto-layout, plugins, AI features), Midjourney / image generation, Adobe AI features
• Support rapid creative testing and iteration for campaigns and onsite experiments
• Apply and respect brand guidelines across all outputs
• Work within scalable design systems rather than one-off visuals
• Maintain consistency across channels while adapting to performance needs
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, UX, and merchandising teams
• Translate briefs into clear, on-brand, ecommerce-ready assets
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• Interact with customers and provide/process information in response to inquiries and requests about products, services, and promotions via email
• Work with customers daily via email and handle retail customer service inquiries for English-speaking markets (style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues)
• Introduce customers to higher-priced items, upgrades, or add-ons to increase sales
• Maintain high accuracy and quality of work; document interactions and manage time effectively
