Requirements

  • Manage full cycle recruiting across Engineering and Data teams specifically
  • Proven track record of identifying candidates with the correct technical skillset
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing
  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects SmartAsset’s values at every touch point
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategies
  • Use data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisions
  • Experiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to increase speed, reduce friction, and scale great hiring practices
  • Bring ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve how we operate as a Talent function
