- Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies

Requirements
- Manage full cycle recruiting across Engineering and Data teams specifically
- Proven track record of identifying candidates with the correct technical skillset
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects SmartAsset’s values at every touch point
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategies
- Use data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisions
- Experiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to increase speed, reduce friction, and scale great hiring practices
- Bring ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve how we operate as a Talent function
