Full-stack Engineer

• Engage in a highly collaborative team environment where you will deliver software following best-practice principles using Agile methodology
• Build and maintain full-stack enterprise technology solutions that scale and represent our brand to our users.
• Partner with our Product team to identify opportunities to streamline how we create, structure, and deliver content.
• Integrate with third party tools and our internal Data teams to facilitate critical feature experimentation and sharpen the content we provide.
• Partner with our architects to design an enterprise Content Management architecture that can grow and serve the needs of our business for years to come
• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies or team processes that can improve the quality and efficiency of the software we build and deliver.

Software Engineer

• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows across CRM, email, paid platforms, and lifecycle tools
• Implement and optimize multi-touch attribution and revenue tracking
• Develop paid media automation using scripts, rules, and platform APIs
• Partner with the Director to deploy structured experimentation across landing pages, outbound, and paid campaigns
• Standardize LLM-driven workflows for content generation, outbound personalization, ad testing, and reporting
• Build suppression logic and segmentation frameworks between paid, CRM, and lifecycle systems
• Create dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them
• Ship improvements weekly

GTM Engineer

Marketing

• Own advisor pipeline growth targets tied to revenue outcomes
• Develop ICP segmentation across RIAs, hybrid advisors, and broker-dealers
• Craft clear positioning and messaging that resonates with advisors
• Design and oversee multi-channel acquisition strategy (Paid, LinkedIn, outbound, lifecycle)
• Partner with PR to amplify customer success stories and social proof
• Develop scalable partner enablement assets (email sequences, case studies, marketing collateral)
• Own webinar strategy end-to-end, including co-hosted events and post-event pipeline conversion
• Partner with GTM Engineer to automate workflows and standardize AI-driven GTM processes
• Improve MQL → SQL → Revenue conversion through structured experimentation
• Align tightly with sales leadership to ensure marketing drives measurable revenue
• Build and expand co-marketing partnerships

Director, Advisor Marketing

Data Engineer

• Architect, design, implement, and operate end-to-end data engineering solutions using Agile methodology.
• Develop and manage robust data integrations with external vendors and organizations (including complex API integrations).
• Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, DBAs, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Lead and take ownership of assigned technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality, security, efficiency, and scalability of our data pipelines and infrastructure.
