About the role
- The Account Manager is responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the existing client needs, develop and strengthen relationships while managing sourcing and production activities.
- Works closely with Account Executive and/or Director on account strategies to increase the Company’s service offerings to generate more revenue.
- Collaborates with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities while building client relationships.
- Identifies areas for service and process improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ Years industry experience required.
- Direct Client Support Experience, >$5MM in managed revenue
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel
Benefits
- Salaried Position, with expectation of needing to work over 40+ hours per week depending on the current Company demands.
