• Own P&L performance for the assigned product line, including revenue, margin, cost, and market share.
• Track and report KPIs across regions, identifying trends, gaps, and corrective actions.

Product Manager – HVAC Airside Products

Business Development Rep

• Execute Smardt’s Mexico market entry strategy and build the company’s commercial presence.
• Focus early development on priority markets including Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro and Yucatan peninsula.
• Identify opportunities in high-value verticals including data centers, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, hospitality, and industrial facilities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic HVAC distributors across Mexico.
• Build a scalable channel network capable of representing Smardt’s premium technology.
• Establish partner agreements and enable distributors through technical training and project support.
• Develop relationships with consulting engineers and design firms that influence equipment specifications.
• Represent Smardt in the Mexican HVAC market through industry associations and trade events.
• Work with distributors, contractors, and engineers to build a qualified project pipeline.

Business Development Manager

Manager

• Proactively scout and evaluate a pipeline of targets to expand manufacturing capacity and enhance our product portfolio.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to identify "bolt-on" acquisitions or transformative merger opportunities.
• Ensure all potential deals align with the long-term vision of "complementing and expanding" our current market footprint.
• Build robust, multi-scenario financial models (DCF, Accretion/Dilution, Comparable Company Analysis) to justify investment decisions.
• Support the financial due diligence process, identifying risks and synergies that could impact the deal's success.
• Present findings to the Director of FP&A and the Group CFO, translating complex data into actionable executive summaries.
• Support the Global CFO on high-impact special projects (including projects beyond M&A), capital structure analysis, funding strategies, and long-range planning.
• Provide "just-in-time" insights for board presentations or investor relations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, investment bankers, and legal advisors.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure a 360-degree view of every deal—from cultural fit to legal compliance.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan for assigned territory aligned to annual revenue objectives.
• Meet or exceed assigned bookings quota through disciplined pipeline development and opportunity pursuit.
• Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts using CRM tools.
• Maintain appropriate pipeline coverage (3–5× quota) and proactively grow the opportunity base.
• Identify, recruit, and develop a high-performing network of Sales Representatives (SSRs) across the designated region.
• Deliver training, capability development, product briefings, and ongoing commercial support to SSR partners.
• Lead sales pursuits from early-stage identification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct regular account and opportunity reviews to understand priorities, risks, and win strategies.
• Work closely with Sales Application Engineers (SAEs) to develop accurate and competitive proposals.

Regional Sales Manager – South Central

• Responsible for driving order intake and building a high-quality pipeline.
• Expand Smardt’s market penetration and develop a strong sales channel.
• Engage directly with consulting engineers, end users, contractors, developers, and sales representatives.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to revenue objectives.
• Meet or exceed assigned bookings quota through pipeline development.
• Identify and recruit a network of Sales Representatives across the region.
• Lead sales pursuits from identification through closing.
• Collaborate with Sales Application Engineers and internal teams.

Regional Sales Manager – Western Territories

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan for assigned territory aligned to annual revenue objectives
