About the role
- Develop and grow your territory (Antwerp & Limburg) through active prospecting and structured market outreach.
- Identify, approach, and close new partnerships with installers, CPOs (Charge Point Operators), facility managers, fleet operators, and real estate professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate follow-up and CRM management.
- Analyse customer needs and business cases to offer tailored EV charging solutions with clear added value.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into concrete commercial actions.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings at our headquarters in Harelbeke, especially during onboarding.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hardware or technical solutions.
- You have a proven track record of developing new business and closing deals.
- An existing network within installers, distributors, or energy-related businesses is a strong asset.
- Experience in EV charging, energy, solar, or smart building solutions is highly preferred.
- You are fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English.
- You are commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable with cold prospecting.
- You work independently, take ownership of your region, and are structured in your approach.
- You live in or near the Antwerp-Limburg region, are willing to travel frequently within your territory, and hold a valid driver’s license.
- You are motivated by sustainability and want to contribute to the energy transition.
