• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers. Address customer questions and concerns.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations ensuring alignment with individual customer needs and treatment plans.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment, ensuring recommendations align with physician orders and individual treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy.
• Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Train and educate consumers on use of equipment and answer any inquiries related to services or equipment.
• Keep track of industry news and developments. Maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services offered by the company, including initial qualifications for PAP devices.
• Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members.
• Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments.
• Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs, and/or increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and provide efficient service to customers.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain transformation workflows in DBT Cloud for our Snowflake data warehouse
• Expand and refactor the transformation codebase to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and continuity across all data marts and datasets
• Design and implement new data marts to simplify analytics and support business needs
• Collaborate with business users to build and maintain impactful Sigma dashboards and reports
