• Oversee all accounting functions, including month-end close, general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and tax compliance.

• Create and lead a national, multi-year commercial payor contracting strategy for both our integrated PC (clinical) and DME (equipment) entities to achieve core business growth objectives
• Lead all negotiations to secure new and/or improved commercial contracts, ensuring optimal reimbursement rates and favorable utilization terms for both professional sleep services and Durable Medical Equipment
• Help develop financial models to evaluate contract performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitable network participation across all contracts
• Work directly with the RCM and Finance teams to ensure all negotiated contract terms are accurately loaded, interpreted, and operationalized for proper claims submission and payment
• Oversee all contracting activities to ensure strict adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA) and manage the timely credentialing process

• Work closely with the VP of Product to design and guide the end-to-end insurance product experience from eligibility checks to therapy fulfillment.
• Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for at-home sleep testing (HST) and DME therapy.
• Define workflows for eligibility, benefits verification, prior authorizations, claims, and billing.
• Ensure parallel operation of cash-pay and insurance flows without introducing friction.
• Translate insurance requirements into actionable platform workflows and technical specifications.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are translated into buildable product features.
• Support execution of integrations with DME systems, payor networks, and internal tooling.
• Identify platform gaps and propose solutions that maintain scalability across cash and insurance channels.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by assessing impact and feasibility of insurance-related initiatives.

Product Manager, Integrated Care

Therapist

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers. Address customer questions and concerns.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations ensuring alignment with individual customer needs and treatment plans.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment, ensuring recommendations align with physician orders and individual treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy.
• Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Train and educate consumers on use of equipment and answer any inquiries related to services or equipment.
• Keep track of industry news and developments. Maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services offered by the company, including initial qualifications for PAP devices.
• Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members.
• Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain transformation workflows in DBT Cloud for our Snowflake data warehouse
• Expand and refactor the transformation codebase to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality

• Design and implement new data marts to simplify analytics and support business needs
• Collaborate with business users to build and maintain impactful Sigma dashboards and reports
