Sales Development Rep

• Execute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling to target sleep specialists, referring physicians, and relevant B2B stakeholders.
• Help research and identify target accounts within specified territories and verticals that align with the company's ideal client profile (ICP).
• Assist in developing and articulating a compelling value proposition tailored to the specific needs and challenges of physician practices and corporate clients.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure a high quality of handoffs.
• Successfully book and confirm introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities, account information, and lead status updates within the CRM system (e.g., Zoho).
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product team to optimize email sequences, call scripts, and content for maximum engagement.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Sales leadership team on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and market reception.
