About the role

Develop, optimize, and maintain transformation workflows in DBT Cloud for our Snowflake data warehouse
Expand and refactor the transformation codebase to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
Ensure data consistency, reliability, and continuity across all data marts and datasets
Design and implement new data marts to simplify analytics and support business needs
Collaborate with business users to build and maintain impactful Sigma dashboards and reports
Implement tests to ensure data quality and proactively catch anomalies
Perform advanced analytics and ad-hoc data investigations to support decision making
Document data models, transformation logic, and analytics solutions for transparency and maintainability
Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Previous as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role
Knowledge of best practices in data orchestration & transformation pipelines
High proficiency in SQL and data modeling best practices
Experience building or maintaining BI dashboards
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
Strong hands-on experience with DBT Cloud and Snowflake in a production environment
Experience with Sigma BI specifically
Experience with version control (Git), workflow orchestration, and CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with data governance, testing, and monitoring frameworks
