Operations

• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles across the two business units (Consumer and Fleet).
• Collaborate with Slate Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to individual delivery hubs based on capacity and capability of each hub.
• Place and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs - internal inventory movement orders) of accessories from our Warehouse (3PL) to individual delivery hubs based on accessorization and up-fitment needs of customer orders.
• Work with Slate Delivery Partners on placing TOs for service parts necessary to repair issues found with vehicles prior to customer delivery through transportation and/or Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
• Monitor accessory inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and to drive appropriate operational planning.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPI) related to SI&OP.
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset within Order Management, focusing on allocation processes, Transfer Order processes, and overall process efficiencies.

Order and Delivery Operations Analyst

Manager

• Manage a team of Order and Delivery Operations Analysts to manage vehicle allocation and the vehicle fulfillment operations process.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement to the vehicle allocation process, along with delivery operation processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles.

Order and Delivery Operation Manager

Auditor

• Plan and execute risk-based IT audits covering areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, system implementations, access management, and data governance.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGCs) and application controls across key business systems.
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies, and provide practical, actionable recommendations to strengthen the IT control environment.
• Support SOX compliance efforts by assessing IT controls over financial reporting, including change management, logical access, and computer operations.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of internal audit and SOX testing activities.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, risk implications, and recommended corrective actions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present audit results to senior management and assist in facilitating agreement on remediation plans with business and IT stakeholders.
• Track and monitor the status of open audit findings, engaging with process owners to validate timely and effective remediation.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Define goals for Slate’s auto loan and ancillary product offerings.
• Align business goals with regulatory requirements and partner capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver product and pricing changes on time.
• Help prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic considerations.
• Serve as the business owner for partner integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange, underwriting logic, and compliance alignment.
• Analyze funnel performance, approval rates, and funding metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and track KPIs such as approval rates, take rates, funding rates, and NPS.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor health and inform decision-making.

Director, Financial Services

Software Engineer

• Own the Integration Roadmap: Lead the product roadmap for engineering systems integration across PLM, ERP, and MES, from item master and BOM transfer through routings, effectivity, and the change workflows that orchestrate them.
• Design the Change Processes: Define Slate’s engineering and manufacturing change processes end to end, including ECR, ECO, MCO, deviation and waiver workflows, effectivity strategies, and phase-in and phase-out coordination.
• Lead the BOM Strategy: Own the EBOM-to-MBOM transition, including how engineering bills of material translate into manufacturing bills of material, how routings are derived, and how variants and options propagate through the platform.
• Partner with the PLM Team: Be the primary product partner to the PLM team on the engineering side and the ERP and MES teams on the operations side, translating engineering intent into platform behavior and platform constraints into engineering implications.
• Partner with Program Management: Work closely with program management on the cadence of engineering and manufacturing changes, ensuring change processes match the speed Slate needs to iterate without sacrificing traceability or producibility.
• Drive Product Discovery: Live with the engineers, planners, and operators who use these systems, surface the friction in the current workflows, and translate it into a backlog of high-leverage improvements.
• Deliver End to End: Own the product from discovery through configuration, testing, training, cutover, and steady-state operation, working hands-on with developers, configurators, and business users to ship results.

Engineering Systems Product Manager

AI Engineer

• Own the Finance Data & Intelligence Layer
• Architect and scale Slate’s Finance reporting and analytics ecosystem across all Finance functions — including Commercial and Corporate FP&A, Accounting/Controllership, Treasury, and Procurement — as well as partner organizations such as Product Development
• Design and maintain robust data models that integrate the ERP (NetSuite today, migrating to SAP by early 2027), EPM (Adaptive Planning), and operational systems
• Build scalable data pipelines and layers to enable self-service analytics through AI agents
• Lead Finance AI & Automation Strategy
• Define and execute Slate’s Finance AI roadmap, including: AI-powered variance analysis (PVM, BvA/FvA), Automated forecast updates and anomaly detection, Inventory optimization, Natural language query tools for business users
