About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of Order and Delivery Operations Analysts to manage vehicle allocation and the vehicle fulfillment operations process.
Develop and drive continuous improvement to the vehicle allocation process, along with delivery operation processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles.
Collaborate with Slate Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to individual delivery hubs.
Place and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs) of accessories from our Warehouse to individual delivery hubs.
Work with Slate Delivery Partners on placing TOs for service parts necessary to repair issues found with vehicles prior to delivery.
Monitor accessory inventory levels.
Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SI&OP.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset within Order Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent is preferred.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
2 + years of previous manager experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management role is required.
Strong analytical skills, with sufficient understanding of data interpretation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools, such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or other scripting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
Comfortable in start-up environments.
Capability to work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams.
