About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of Order and Delivery Operations Analysts to manage vehicle allocation and the vehicle fulfillment operations process.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement to the vehicle allocation process, along with delivery operation processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Slate Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to individual delivery hubs.
  • Place and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs) of accessories from our Warehouse to individual delivery hubs.
  • Work with Slate Delivery Partners on placing TOs for service parts necessary to repair issues found with vehicles prior to delivery.
  • Monitor accessory inventory levels.
  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SI&OP.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset within Order Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
  • 2 + years of previous manager experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with sufficient understanding of data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools, such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or other scripting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in start-up environments.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams.
