We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeping Data Entry & Billing Assistant to support bookkeeping operations, billing, and financial recordkeeping across the client’s accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience entering large volumes of data with accuracy, managing billing cycles, issuing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring that all financial records remain updated and organized in a timely manner.
This role requires someone who is not only precise in handling bookkeeping details but also proactive enough to ask clarifying questions, identify discrepancies, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities: Enter large volumes of data with accuracy
Manage billing cycles and issue invoices
Track payments and ensure financial records are updated and organized
Maintain spreadsheets and update records in bookkeeping software
Support reconciliation tasks when necessary
Ensure all billing documentation is accurate and complete
Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping and data entry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with bookkeeping software and spreadsheets
