About the role

  • CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE full-time remote position
  • Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone work
  • Resolve client issues and perform conflict resolution
  • Keep accurate records and notes of interactions
  • Multitask and work as part of a team following detailed directions
  • Maintain availability Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST and be on Zoom at all times

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in professional phone-based customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English with Neutral accent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self driven and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to resolve client issues
  • Heavy phone work (both inbound & outbound)
  • Record/note keeping
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Good typing skills (speed & accuracy)
  • Able to work as part of a team, multitask, and follow detailed directions
  • Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST
  • Must have own updated laptop (2-3 years old max) with 2 monitors, high-speed internet, dedicated workspace
  • Willing to work on Zoom at all times
  • Needs excellent English
