About the role
- CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE full-time remote position
- Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone work
- Resolve client issues and perform conflict resolution
- Keep accurate records and notes of interactions
- Multitask and work as part of a team following detailed directions
- Maintain availability Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST and be on Zoom at all times
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in professional phone-based customer service
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English with Neutral accent
- Strong attention to detail
- Self driven and able to meet deadlines
- Able to resolve client issues
- Heavy phone work (both inbound & outbound)
- Record/note keeping
- Conflict resolution skills
- Good typing skills (speed & accuracy)
- Able to work as part of a team, multitask, and follow detailed directions
- Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST
- Must have own updated laptop (2-3 years old max) with 2 monitors, high-speed internet, dedicated workspace
- Willing to work on Zoom at all times
- Needs excellent English
