Account Manager

• Manage and evolve relationships with a portfolio of remote sensing and geospatial data and analytics partners, with a focus on expanding value from existing partnerships.
• Help shape how partner offerings are packaged, positioned, and activated within the SkyWatch platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure partner data and solutions are clearly defined, reliable, and aligned with platform capabilities.
• Act as a point of coordination when partner-related operational or commercial issues arise, helping resolve blockers that impact customer experience or delivery.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of partner pricing, licensing, and commercial models.
• Provide pricing and technical input on complex or high-value customer opportunities, helping teams navigate partner-specific considerations.
• Improve internal clarity and documentation around partner capabilities, constraints, and commercial terms.
• Identify opportunities to expand or optimize partner offerings, including new product lines, bundles, or usage models.
• Work across Product, Sales, and Marketing to support consistent, repeatable use of partner offerings.
• Contribute to ecosystem planning by identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for greater platform leverage.
• Support expansion into new geographies (including EMEA and APAC) by helping ensure partner readiness and alignment.
• Contribute to the evolution of SkyWatch’s marketplace and ecosystem capabilities over time.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close with a focus on net-new Fortune 500 accounts
• Identify user-level pain points and build bottoms-up account strategies that lead to multi-user adoption and internal champion identification
• Manage complex sales processes and create long-term strategic account plans
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and SDR/BDR teams to prioritize and convert high-quality opportunities
• Lead engaging product demos, guide solution discovery calls, and tailor proposals to specific account needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to your accounts, proactively identifying new use cases for SkyWatch solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
