Senior Finance Analyst, Marketing & Revenue

Analyst

• Own competitive tracking and insights, identify and communicate relevant learnings and opportunities from the broader entertainment market to the senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with our research and business intelligence teams, through our Strategic Insights Forum, to perform commercial deep dives which drive business impact.
• Build analyses and insights to support development of strategic perspectives on new business opportunities that may be related to any part of the business, working closely with cross-functional stakeholder sets.
• Support SkyShowtime leadership team in preparing presentations and key reporting to the Board of Directors.

Strategy Analyst

Data Scientist

• Manage and develop the roadmap for Data Science solutions, including insights, and data science models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise key business needs, understand competing demands, prioritise development on the strategically most important needs.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to develop requirements, set scope of projects, summarise specifications, and track delivery of projects.
• Participate with hands on scripting (SQL) in testing and validation from ideation to launch, to ensure that the analytical product is technically feasible, scalable, and meets stakeholder needs.
• Work closely with the Data team on ensuring data accuracy, and coordinate the Data Science team’s requirements of new data requests.
• Define measurable KPIs to track the success of launched analytical solutions, e.g. does it enable data-driven decision making, does it improve campaign performance, etc.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and the team.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership and proactively seek and identify new opportunities where analytics can be applied to support growth and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the team’s processes and workflows and set up best practices in conjunction with the wider Product & Portfolio team.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Data Science Product Manager

Marketing

• As the Marketing Planning & Media Executive you will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing planning and media activities across SkyShowtime.
• Your role will be to focus on coordinating inputs across teams and partners, supporting in reporting and analysis and helping ensure planning, media and MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) processes run smoothly.
• Through strong organisation and attention to detail, you will help drive momentum across key workstreams, keeping planning, media and reporting activities organised and on track, and translating data into clear, actionable outputs for the wider business.

Marketing Planning & Media Executive

• - Understanding and developing models and consolidations in our new corporate planning tool, Workday Adaptive Planning.
• - Delivery of high quality, Board-ready, presentations that summarise data and performance in a concise manner to help inform strategic decision making at the highest level.
• - End to end ownership of SkyShowtime's Music Licensing costs, including partnering the Distribution & Legal teams to accurately budget and report on the company's music license commitments across all of our markets.
• - Working closely with the Commercial Finance team to develop a clear narrative of SkyShowtime’s financial prospects, facilitating decision-making for the entire leadership team.
• - Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, championing ideas and working collaboratively with the business to deliver change as a result.

Senior FP&A Analyst

• - Performance Reporting: Deliver and monitor recurring performance reports and dashboards to track key trading metrics and share them with the business, ensuring consistent and high-quality outputs.
• - Analytical Frameworks & Templates: Build and maintain analytical templates to support commercial decision making across acquisition, retention, and in-life performance.
• - Insight & Trend Analysis: Conduct structured analysis to identify trends, variances, and underlying performance drivers across markets and customer segments.
• - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver data, insights, visualisations, and actionable recommendations.

Commercial Analyst

• - Analytical Frameworks & Insight Generation: Design, build, and continuously improve robust analytical frameworks and models that enable performance insights across customer lifecycle. Lead complex analyses to identify key drivers, trends, and opportunities across cohort and markets.
• - Commercial Scenario Modelling: Execute scenario modelling to assess the impact of promotions, and proposition changes, balancing subscriber growth and revenue outcomes.
• - Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Support marketing teams with budget tracking, performance evaluation, and efficiency analysis, helping to optimise spend across channels and regions. Identify opportunities to improve ROI and effectiveness through data-led insight and experimentation.
• - Marketing Performance & Efficiency: Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver data, insights, visualisations, and actionable recommendations.
• - Reporting, Visualisation & Standardisation:Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and performance outputs. Establish best-practice templates and standards to ensure insights are consistent, scalable, and decision ready.
