About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve SkyShowtime’s performance marketing acquisition strategy for Iberia.
Effectively scale SkyShowtime’s Amazon Prime Video Channel via Amazon Ads campaigns.
Strategic measurement, reporting and optimisation: translate data from multiple sources into clear actionable insights.
Collaborative Influence: work in partnership marketing, ecommerce and agency teams.
Execute a structured end-to-end test-and-learn programme.
Plan, execute and optimise affiliate marketing end-to-end.
Partner with campaign captains and creative operations to ensure creative is fit-for-channel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You’re fluent in Spanish (native level) and English.
Solid experience across the Iberian affiliate landscape, including knowledge of key publisher networks.
Experience executing paid media campaigns across multiple markets and cultures.
Proven track record in hands-on campaign execution with a primary focus on Affiliate Marketing and Amazon Ads.
Proven experience in consistently tracking, optimising and reporting the results of campaigns.
Advanced experience with analytical suites (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
Passionate searcher of industry insights, always informed on latest developments in digital paid marketing.
Drive, pragmatism and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders.
Expertise working with global teams, senior executives and media agencies.
