• Sell SAF certificates to corporations with strong ESG plans to reduce business travel and air cargo carbon footprint
• Identify, qualify, and approach sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, events, and leveraging personal and professional networks
• Create compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure internal approvals ensuring commercially attractive and feasible terms aligned with SkyNRG’s strategy
• Spot and act upon new market opportunities, including voluntary Scope 3 credit sales, and collaborate with colleagues to capitalise on these
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and leads to ensure a long-term pipeline of opportunities
• Work directly with senior stakeholders across multiple industries, develop and execute on new business opportunities, and ensure SkyNRG achieves ambitious sales and margin targets
• Work closely with the Partner Engagement team to identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
• Manage own pipeline and documentation, including preparing proposals, updating CRM, and ensuring follow-ups—no task is “too small.”
• Lead by example, share knowledge with colleagues, and become a trusted counterpart for customers and colleagues

Senior Sales Lead

• Lead and professionalize the monthly financial closing process (currently quarterly).
• Review bookings prepared by Financial Assistants and ensure proper month-end closing entries, including consolidation and elimination entries.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports using our consolidation tool.
• Support the 2 in-house Financial Assistants and coordinate activities with the outsourced US finance team.
• Help develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate the annual audit process with PwC.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
• Help select and implement new finance tools (e.g., invoice approval, expense management).
• Work closely with teams across Legal, HR, Commercial, and Projects on finance-related matters and to support strategic decision making.

• Design and implement the People & Culture framework for DSL aligned with SkyNRG standards
• Lead the hiring strategy for the DSL plant team (approx. 80 FTE by 2028)
• Develop and implement working conditions and compensation structures aligned with employee handbook and local industry standards
• Manage DSL HR Officer and Office Manager
• Build partnerships with local institutions and industry peers to position DSL as employer of choice
• Oversee people operations including payroll, contract management, onboarding, and offboarding
• Provide strategic HR support to DSL management team ensuring alignment with compliance and HSE standards
• Source and manage external HR service providers
• Act as key link between DSL and broader SkyNRG People & Culture team
