• Support day-to-day IT operations, including user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, and maintaining access across systems.
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with ticket triage in Jira Service Management, perform device checks, and support routine system maintenance.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including improving incident reporting workflows and strengthening overall IT security practices.

IT Operations Intern

General Counsel

• Provide hands-on legal support to development and construction of large-scale SAF projects
• Draft, review and negotiate complex projects agreements, including technology licensing, FEED and EPC, offtake, feedstock sourcing, and site, utilities and operations & maintenance
• Advise on bankability and contractual risk allocation, including delay, performance guarantees and liquidated damages
• Support contract administration during construction, including change orders and variation claims; notices, waivers and dispute mitigation; and contractor performance issues
• Proactively identify and assess legal risks affecting costs, schedule and financing
• Provide legal support on applicable regulations and permits
• Support compliance with financing arrangements; monitor and advise on conditions precedent and subsequent requirements, drawdown mechanics and construction milestones, as well as covenants and reporting obligations
• Review and coordinate lender consent requirements for material project changes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors

• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE systems and digital tools
• Establishing clear reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs that enable insight and decision-making
• Ensuring data integrity and consistent use of systems across projects and teams
• Structuring and leading the HSE audit cycle, including coordination, reporting, and follow-up
• Supporting compliance processes and strengthening overall compliance maturity
• Translating data into insights and actionable improvements for the organization
• Selecting and implementing future HSE software solutions
• Contributing to the development of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
