Administrative Assistant

• Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the DSL-01 office, including the management of facilities, workplace resources, office supplies, equipment, and general office services.
• Manage visitor registration, meeting logistics, and hospitality arrangements to provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, guests, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to employees and management, including scheduling, documentation, office communications, and coordination of workplace-related processes.
• Support new hires by coordinating workspace setup, equipment, office access, and other onboarding requirements, while fostering a positive, productive, and well-organized office environment.
• Maintain workplace health, safety, and office standards through regular inspections and monitoring, while coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.

• Support the development and implementation of health and safety processes
• Conduct research on relevant HSE topics to support ongoing initiatives and improvements
• Support drafting and improving HSE processes, policies, and documentation
• Assist in developing educational content such as HSE toolbox talks and learning materials
• Assist in implementing HSE processes, including supporting training and adoption across the organization

HSE Engineering Intern

People Operations

• Support the onboarding journey for new employees by coordinating introduction programs, organizing onboarding activities, and ensuring all practical arrangements are in place for a smooth and welcoming start.
• Actively contribute to ongoing People & Culture initiatives such as internal events, the DE&I employee resource group, and team-building activities.
• Help foster an open, inclusive and engaging company culture by supporting internal communications, tracking and analyzing trends to suggest follow-up actions.
• Support with People & Culture projects such as talent reviews, people survey results analysis, goal‑setting and other company‑wide processes that help teams grow and perform at their best.
• Help coordinate the smooth adoption of our L&D program by boosting attendance, gathering requirements and feedback, and contributing ideas to continuously improve how we support learning across the organization.
• Work closely with the People & Culture team and stakeholders across the company, supporting, where needed, our operations and processes, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and handled with care and confidentiality.
