About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the DSL-01 office, including the management of facilities, workplace resources, office supplies, equipment, and general office services.
- Manage visitor registration, meeting logistics, and hospitality arrangements to provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, guests, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to employees and management, including scheduling, documentation, office communications, and coordination of workplace-related processes.
- Support new hires by coordinating workspace setup, equipment, office access, and other onboarding requirements, while fostering a positive, productive, and well-organized office environment.
- Maintain workplace health, safety, and office standards through regular inspections and monitoring, while coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Residing in or near Delfzijl
- Experience in office coordination
- Office management
- Facilities management, administration, or a similar support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
