About the role
- Lead the development of the world’s leading creative image editor for desktop (Luminar Neo)
- Define and evolve the long-term product strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap
- Build strong relationships with teammates and foster trust and collaboration
- Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Lead customer research, usability studies, and feedback loops to validate decisions
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, define success metrics, and track product performance
- Translate customer insights and strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, design, and QA to iteratively deliver impactful features on time
- Align product functionality with strategic company outcomes (growth, retention)
- Communicate priorities, progress, and risks effectively to executives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of measurable business impact
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- English - Upper Intermediate and better
- Creativity, innovative mindset, and a passion for aesthetics
- Strategic thinker with ability to zoom between vision and detail
- Ownership, proactiveness, and strong results orientation
- Collaborative mindset, driven by empathy and clear communication
- Nice to have: Experience in the photography industry or related creative field
- Nice to have: Experience in developing desktop apps
- Nice to have: Experience working with Amplitude
