Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities
Define and prioritize market enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals
Partner closely with engineering, sales, and business development teams to ensure alignment for portfolio goals, resourcing, and roadmaps
Drive consensus through consistent communication and active listening among a diverse set of stakeholders
Ensure products meet the needs and expectations of both service providers and end customers, identifying opportunities for platform expansion and new revenue streams
Utilize analytics and product management tooling to track, monitor, and analyze overall platform performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements to product and process
Ensure product management standards and processes are met by your delivery team, utilizing structured meetings and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
Requirements
5+ years' experience in Product Management with a focus on the automotive industry or field services
Proven track record of managing complex platform products
Technical background or competency, especially with platform APIs and data models
Experience modernizing and unifying complex product portfolios
Excellent leadership skills and ability to establish expectations across diverse groups
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Highly organized and deliver focused
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
