• Lead the development of the world’s leading creative image editor for desktop (Luminar Neo)
• Define and evolve the long-term product strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap
• Build strong relationships with teammates and foster trust and collaboration
• Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Lead customer research, usability studies, and feedback loops to validate decisions
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, define success metrics, and track product performance
• Translate customer insights and strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, design, and QA to iteratively deliver impactful features on time
• Align product functionality with strategic company outcomes (growth, retention)
• Communicate priorities, progress, and risks effectively to executives
