About the role
- Provide deep diagnostics and advisory services on drone and cloud features
- Troubleshoot device firmware and cloud network issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to become an expert on Skydio’s products
- Work closely with enterprise customers to respond to technical support questions in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot networking issues and recommend mitigation strategies to customers
Requirements
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B operational, technical, or customer-facing success or support roles
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, PHP, or Python
- Strong understanding of Network Security and IPsec
- Excellent knowledge in supporting/troubleshooting IoT or enterprise applications
- Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, ops, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Japanese.
