About the role
- Serve as the 'Face of Skydio' for candidates
- Manage onsite experience and schedule interviews
- Collaborate with University Recruiting team for campus events
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding and event planning
Requirements
- 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisors (RAs) or customer service experience is a plus!)
- Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms (Ashby, G-Suite, Workday)
- Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
