About the role

  • Drive new business and account expansion for SkyCell’s IoT and software solutions across the EMEA airline and cargo ecosystem.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Execute account-based strategies that identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design the right solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights that shape SkyCell’s digital roadmap.
  • Represent SkyCell at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences as a credible, knowledgeable partner.
  • Maintain clear and accurate CRM records, forecasting opportunities and ensuring pipeline discipline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
  • Proven success in consultative or value-based selling, managing complex sales cycles end to end.
  • Experience in the air cargo, airline or supply-chain industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated self-starter mindset — able to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
  • Take ownership of results — working independently while aligning closely with internal teams on strategy and execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Confident engaging (senior) stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
