• - Drive new business and account expansion for SkyCell’s IoT and software solutions across the EMEA airline and cargo ecosystem.
• - Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• - Execute account-based strategies that identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design the right solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights that shape SkyCell’s digital roadmap.
• - Represent SkyCell at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences as a credible, knowledgeable partner.
• - Maintain clear and accurate CRM records, forecasting opportunities and ensuring pipeline discipline.

Business Development Manager – EMEA

Implementation Specialist

• Lead and manage multiple customer implementation and onboarding projects at pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Define project scopes, timelines, and milestones while coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Communicate project progress, expectations, and updates effectively to stakeholders & ensure delivery of agreed deliverables
• Become an expert in the platform, understanding its features, capabilities, and best practices for customer use cases
• Understand customer requirements to provide tailored implementation solutions and support their internal change management
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and implementation efficiency

Business Development Manager – Containers

Compliance

• · Ensure full compliance with global trade management requirements, customs procedures, and import/export regulations across all applicable jurisdictions
• · Manage end-to-end customs compliance processes, including preparation and review of compliance documentation, tariff management, and coordination with customs brokerage partners, supporting the procurement team in sourcing the right brokerage partners
• · Act as the primary liaison with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to address inquiries, audits, and reporting obligations
• · Conduct regular customs audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance gaps or exposure
• · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all customs activities, ensuring alignment with legal and corporate recordkeeping standards
• · Oversee correct application of HS classification, country of origin, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to support cost optimisation and trade efficiency
• · Monitor and ensure compliance with sanctions and embargoes, working closely with legal and compliance teams to manage restricted party screenings and export controls
• · Develop and implement internal customs compliance programs, policies, and training initiatives to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• · Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and procurement teams to ensure customs requirements are met and trade risks are minimised
• · Serve as a subject matter expert on all matters related to customs laws and international trade, offering guidance and strategic input to internal stakeholder

Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist

Backend Engineer

• SkyCell builds hardware, smart software and services to improve the pharmaceutical supply chain
• Platform used by global pharmaceutical companies and logistics providers for transport risk assessment and visibility
• Monolithic application built on MySQL, PHP and Symfony; frontend largely Twig with some Vue.js and vanilla JS
• Maintain fully automated build pipeline (Jenkins) and use Ansible for deployment; extensive use of Behat for testing
• Backend development: design, develop and maintain features in the Validaide platform
• Cross-functional collaboration with QA, product owners and other developers
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Write and maintain automated tests for backend and integrated features (PHPUnit, Behat)
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve efficiency and scalability
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11

Backend Software Engineer, PHP/Symfony

Frontend Engineer

• Join SkyCell: mission-driven company revolutionizing digital logistics and healthcare with web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable client-side code using TypeScript and React.
• Build and iterate on responsive, reliable, and secure web applications that perform across devices.
• Ensure product quality with unit tests (Jest) and end-to-end tests (Playwright is a nice-to-have).
• Own feature development from idea to deployment, aligning closely with product and design.
• Review code, challenge assumptions, and help raise the technical bar across the team.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support team growth through technical guidance.
• Help shape frontend architecture and guide long-term decisions (modularity, patterns, performance).
• Troubleshoot PROD issues including HotFix coordination and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to documentation and ensure developed components are reusable and easy to onboard.
• Collaborate with backend devs on API definitions and coordinate with QAs and BAs on new implementations.
