About the role
- You shape the success of multiple parks by developing leaders
- Leading and developing a district of 7–12 park locations
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers
- Translating key performance indicators into clear priorities and actionable plans
- Spending significant time in parks, observing operations
- Diagnosing performance gaps and implementing sustainable solutions
- Flexing your leadership and communication style
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or a related field considered a plus
- Multi-unit leadership experience with 5+ years managing six or more locations
- P&L ownership and KPI management with at least 5+ years of experience
- Leader development and coaching capability
- Performance improvement experience
- Strong business acumen and leadership agility
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Travel availability of approximately 70%
