Designer

• Create still and animated assets for all + Me business units, digital and print channels
• Be involved in the end to end creation of paid ads working closely with the Growth Marketing Team
• Create engaging designs for our newsletters and other CRM assets
• Bring new exciting social media ideas to life through collaboration with our Social Media team
• Support the wider marketing team, from influencers to PR and partnerships, with creating bespoke assets for their channels
• Assist on in-house photo/video shoots
• Be a brand guardian and a brand champion, ensuring high quality, consistent creative across all touchpoints

Junior Designer

Account Executive

• Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution of campaigns.
• Campaign Coordination: Support in the execution of PR campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, creative, and digital) and external partners.
• Project Management: Manage own projects, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while meeting brand standards.
• Event Management: Support in the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and brand activations. Work with external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and successful event execution.
• Strategic Planning: Support PR Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams.

Senior PR Account Executive

• Support the PR Manager in day-to-day communication with external PR agencies, helping to ensure alignment with brand objectives and smooth execution of campaigns.
• Assist in the execution of PR campaigns, working closely with internal teams (e.g. product, creative and digital) and external partners to help deliver activity on time.
• Manage smaller tasks or workstreams within PR projects, supporting timelines, budgets and quality standards under the guidance of the PR Manager.
• Support the planning and delivery of press events, product launches and brand activations, assisting with logistics, coordination and on-the-day execution.
• Support the PR Manager in the development and delivery of PR strategies, contributing ideas, research and insights where appropriate.
• Help track campaign performance and PR coverage, maintaining trackers and supporting reporting by gathering data and summarising key learnings for the wider team.
