About the role
- Own regular reporting and deliver actionable insights for key international markets with primary focus on the EMEA region.
- Analyse merchandising and financial performance to drive CVR, AOV, UPT, increase top-line revenue and support long-term global product strategies.
- Identify market-specific commercial opportunities to optimise local inventory sell-through.
- Build a local calendar of trading events to meet the needs of the market and maximise sales.
- Manage the lifecycle of products on site, from merchandising strategy, cross-sells, discoverability, to product retirement.
- Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing to support traffic driving activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution across regions.
- Monitor and optimise product assortment, pricing and availability across markets. Partner with Planning & Merchandising teams to align financial targets with buying and assortment strategies.
- Collaborate with Planning & Data teams to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for our international business.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, tailored appropriately for each region.
- Oversee localisation efforts, including content adaptation, and cultural relevancy
- Manage and develop one direct report.
