About the role

  • Own revenue performance and productivity across all hybrid partners and doors
  • Drive achievement of sales targets, productivity metrics, and growth objectives
  • Monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities across partners and locations
  • Lead action plans to improve underperforming doors and maximize high-performing locations
  • Serve as primary commercial lead for hybrid partners and maintain senior-level partner relationships
  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance, growth, and operational improvement
  • Drive expansion strategy across existing and new hybrid partners
  • Support launch and ramp strategy for new hybrid locations
  • Provide commercial direction and priorities to Hybrid Planning Director and Allocator
  • Ensure inventory strategies support commercial goals and productivity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Retail, Operations, and Logistics
  • Drive operational excellence and scalable hybrid operating processes

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in retail, wholesale, planning, or commercial leadership roles
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience working with retail partners strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Commercial ownership mindset with strong accountability
