- Reporting on significant and emerging risks to assist management in improving their controls and processes
- Program management of risk programs like Sarbanes Oxley Certifications, Records management, Risk Assessment tracking
- Analyze data and controls to identify and measure risks
- Use data visualization tools to develop risk management reporting
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
- Help maintain and improve data quality and integrity
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to data strategy discussions
- Represent the firm in collaborating with business partners by articulating risk policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Finance or STEM based degree preferable)
- 3-5 years of Risk Management experience or relevant program management experience
- Strong analytical, technical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), a plus
- Knowledge of financial markets and products
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, database queries and analytical tools and methodologies
- Experience in handling and resolving conflicts
