Serve as protectors of the firm, providing oversight over one of the Enterprise’s tier 1 vendors (Broadridge)
Provide oversight of printing and mailing of financial communications (checks, statements, tax forms and trade confirmations) by Broadridge Financial Services, ensuring they meet regulatory and contractual requirements
Review and collect data to facilitate and provide analysis to assess dynamic risk and conditions
Facilitate interactions between Broadridge and Fidelity’s internal business partners in support of research, risk mitigation, change requests and project implementation
Ensure Fidelity’s best interests are represented when coordinating between vendor, business partners, and technology teams
Engage at any time with Broadridge, business partners, and technology teams, particularly during contingency and mitigation situations
Requirements
Extensive Fidelity knowledge
3-5 years of client service, vendor management or operations support experience
Experience influencing outcomes based upon ability to assess risk, build rapport, and engage with stakeholders
Ability to deal with complex and sometimes difficult situations while remaining steadfast in position
A passion for operational excellence
Experience and preference for working closely and transparently within a team
Critical thinking and ability to challenge current practices and recommend improvements to mitigate risks
Ability to communicate complex concepts or situations in a clear and concise manner
Organized and able to manage multiple projects or activities simultaneously and deliver results in an ever-changing environment
Ability to shift attention and pace

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point)
