About the role

  • Build partnering relationships with clients to understand business and shareholder needs
  • Advocate for the client and improve operational health
  • Assess issues to identify root cause and develop practical solutions
  • Own administration of new customer contacts and support through lifecycle
  • Collaborate with clients and business partners on Fidelity products and services
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage operational feasibility
  • Influence outcomes across a matrix-managed environment
  • Participate in architectural system designs to meet client needs
  • Comply with regulatory and policy mandates
  • Ensure procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client requests
  • Identify improvements towards process efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Support operational processes daily

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Service Operations & Client Management
  • Knowledge of or experience in: Transfer agent operations SEC regulations Treasury operations or shareholder services of a publicly traded company
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Developed project management skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
