About the role
- Build partnering relationships with clients to understand business and shareholder needs
- Advocate for the client and improve operational health
- Assess issues to identify root cause and develop practical solutions
- Own administration of new customer contacts and support through lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients and business partners on Fidelity products and services
- Develop new business opportunities and manage operational feasibility
- Influence outcomes across a matrix-managed environment
- Participate in architectural system designs to meet client needs
- Comply with regulatory and policy mandates
- Ensure procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client requests
- Identify improvements towards process efficiency and risk mitigation
- Support operational processes daily
Requirements
- Proven experience in Financial Service Operations & Client Management
- Knowledge of or experience in: Transfer agent operations SEC regulations Treasury operations or shareholder services of a publicly traded company
- Effective written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Developed project management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
