- Oversee Real Estate data governance practices.
- Manage large scale Enterprise-wide initiatives to support reporting and advanced analytics efforts.
- Perform market scans, gathering relevant industry data to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Strategy or similar role.
- Demonstrated success using data to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Strong executive communication skills with expertise conveying complex information and data simply and meaningfully.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Passion for people management with the ability to motivate and evolve teams through effective thought leadership, management and coaching.
- Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Enterprise.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in an ever-evolving, dynamic environment.
- Use your influencing skills to advance Real Estate priorities across a broad group of stakeholders.
- Partner with Real Estate functional leaders to provide insights into various Real Estate strategies and decisions.
- Partner with various technology groups to support and execute data-related initiatives.
- Develop and implement the Real Estate data strategy.
- Oversee Real Estate data governance practices.
- Manage large scale Enterprise-wide initiatives to support reporting and advanced analytics efforts.
