About the role
- Oversee a team of 10-15 Managing Directors
- Establish and expand client connections
- Address client demands and solve challenges
- Assist institutional clients in benefits programs
- Develop and execute strategy and goals for profitability
- Manage client relationships including HR, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement
- Provide leadership for client re-pricing and renewal activities
- Collaborate with MD, Sales and other business partners in retention activities
- Drive engagement with internal business leaders
- Coach and mentor team for career development.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Relationship management experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Complete series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 90 days of hire
- Strong proven negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders
- Strong revenue management and overall financial acuity
- Validated consultative sales skills
- Experienced presentation, meeting management, and interpersonal skills
