• Support the Sales Team throughout the order-to-cash process — from purchase order entry to invoicing.
• Enter and update orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct product, quantity, and delivery details.
• Coordinate deliveries with Supply Chain and the warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.
• Prepare and monitor invoices according to delivery terms, and follow up with Finance on payment status.
• Assist in customer onboarding, supplier setup, and maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems.

Electrical Engineer

• Responsible for the design and development of PCB-based electrical systems, including creation of circuit schematics and selection of suitable electronic components.
• Designs multilayer PCB layouts, performs design rule checks, and ensures adherence to relevant industry, safety, and EMC standards.
• Prepares manufacturing and assembly documentation, such as Gerber files, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly drawings.
• Supports prototype builds, including testing, troubleshooting, validation, and iterative design improvements.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, firmware, testing, manufacturing) to ensure alignment with overall product requirements and performance targets.
• Receives task assignments and performance oversight from the designated functional manager, according to the current organizational structure.

• How you can help us on the journey:
• Budgeting, and reviewing budgets with unit heads.
• Long term business planning. This includes learning about company's long term strategy, including it in the long term plan by collaborating with unit heads.
• Monthly reporting to the top management. Providing an objective overview of the performance of the business, and giving recommendations on how to improve it.
• Building data analysis infrastructure, either in PowerBI or Excel. Following KPI trends weekly and providing feedback to unit heads based on this analysis.
• Supporting the company in fundraising: equity, grants, and debt.
• Supporting the company's separate functions that enable to make better decisions on scale up of factories, technology development, and sales.
