Engage with internal, customer and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design solutions to address requirements and ensure the best possible long-term outcomes for customers and Skedulo.
Provide expert advice on leveraging the Skedulo Platform effectively.
Write Statements of Work (SOWs), technical design documentation and other documentation required to ensure high-quality delivery by the Skedulo professional services team.
Provide support to the delivery team during implementation, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented and best practices are followed.
Act as a strategic advisor, working closely with Product Development, Project Managers, and Customers.
Mentor other solution architects in all aspects of their role, including design, architecture and professional skills.
Create detailed solution and technical architecture diagrams, data models and process maps to support Skedulo’s Project Delivery of solutions.

Requirements

Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Must have at least 10 years of prior work experience as a Solution Architect in a complex environment such as a software vendor with a professional services team
Must have at least 13-15 years of project delivery experience and significant pre-sales experience leveraging presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate solutions.
Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working in a strong, teamwork-focused environment.
Excellent knowledge of one cloud technology area: Azure, AWS or GCP.
Good knowledge of web services and integration.
Experience delivering high-quality design solutions in a pre-sales environment.
Security / Permissions Design experience.
Force.com / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Visualforce design experience.
Experience delivering High-quality wireframes and mockups.
