About the role
- Leadership of the Enablement team (100+ people)
- Driving continuous improvement to meet estimating norms
- Developing the team for Sizewell Units 3 and 4
- Oversee workforce planning with partner companies
- Represent MEH Alliance in discussions with Altrad and Cavendish Nuclear
- Ensure planned works are clearly represented with the MEH Programme
- Work with MEH Alliance planning community for incremental improvements
- Act as the key link between Engineering/Procurement and Construction for Enablement scope
- Responsibility for safe and defect-free construction of Works
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant professional Accreditation (PM, Construction, Engineering)
- Can achieve security clearance (BPSS or higher)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
