About the role
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships
- Resolving people related issues across HPC Site resources
- Dealing with IR and HR cases on site
- Developing and maintaining best practice IR/HR policies
- Leading regional/local Trade Union negotiations and consultation
- Engaging with site managers as single point of contact for IR/HR issues
- Monitoring delivery of regional/local ER to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Previous HR experience essential
- Nuclear experience preferred but not essential
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
