About the role
- Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial and financing matters.
- Support a complex, high-profile infrastructure project.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and external advisers.
- Ensure legal risk is effectively managed while enabling business objectives.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience.
- Experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in-house within a complex organisation.
- Experience advising on corporate matters and governance arrangements.
- Debt financing experience desirable.
- Experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and advising on a range of corporate and commercial issues.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, construction, or regulated sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Pragmatic, solution-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
