About the role

  • Leading cost management activities across major contracts and work packages within a complex, multi-billion-pound infrastructure environment.
  • Work closely with project controls, commercial, procurement, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure robust cost planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in cost management within major infrastructure, nuclear, energy, or construction projects
  • Proven track record managing large, complex contracts (£100m+)
  • Expertise in cost forecasting, earned value management and risk analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
