About the role

  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of all site activities related to mechanical and electrical works
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and manage the M&E budget and planning
  • Develop and execute a management strategy for site erection works
  • Maintain good communication with subcontractors, partners, the client, and project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Higher education in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration
  • Extensive experience in site construction execution
  • Background in the energy sector and project management
  • Proven ability to build relationships across cultures and organizational levels
  • High integrity, managerial skills, and sound judgment
  • Experience in negotiation, presentation, and decision-making
  • Awareness of Quality Management principles
  • High proficiency in English.
