About the role
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of all site activities related to mechanical and electrical works
- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external partners
- Oversee subcontractor performance and manage the M&E budget and planning
- Develop and execute a management strategy for site erection works
- Maintain good communication with subcontractors, partners, the client, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Higher education in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration
- Extensive experience in site construction execution
- Background in the energy sector and project management
- Proven ability to build relationships across cultures and organizational levels
- High integrity, managerial skills, and sound judgment
- Experience in negotiation, presentation, and decision-making
- Awareness of Quality Management principles
- High proficiency in English.
