💰 £40,000 - £50,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the continuous improvement of programme delivery by enabling innovation, standardisation, and best practice across technical and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with programme management, engineering, digital, and assurance functions to help drive efficiencies, embed lessons learned, and support the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.

Requirements

  • BSc in Mathematics / Physics or another relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyse data, processes, and performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • High standard of interpersonal skills with open communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with digital tools (e.g. Power Apps), reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI), or process improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting complex programmes or major infrastructure projects (nuclear, energy, rail, or similar highly regulated environments preferred)
Benefits
  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
