About the role
- Ensure foremen and site teams have the correct information, materials, and tools to carry out works on a daily basis
- Measure and dip jobs prior to works being undertaken
- Order asphalt deliveries and coordinate plant movements
- Produce RAMS and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures
- Deliver toolbox talks and communicate safety information to site teams
- Visit live sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate site records and produce reports to support invoicing and commercial processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in surfacing, highways, civils, or groundworks operations
- Strong communication skills
- Basic IT skills including the use of email and simple reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
